The property, located in the old Klara district, was built in 1955. It was designed by the well-known architect Lennart Tham and developed by the City of Stockholm.
The Klara district was the hub of Stockholm’s cultural life in the 1950s and gave rise to journalists and authors prominent at that time, such as the Klara bohemians, Nils Ferlin and Jan Fridegård. Their memory lives on in the physical environment through the statue of Nils Ferlin alongside the property.
Klövern has applied to the City of Stockholm for a building permit for respectful refurbishment of the property.
We will be continuously updating the information on our website as the project progresses.
